EUCA Women is a digital health dashboard and support platform. It may help you record health information, upload reports, view extracted values, track reminders, and prepare for discussion with EUCA MD or another health professional. EUCA Women is not an emergency service and does not replace a medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment plan, or review of your original health records by a qualified health professional.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for uploading only reports or files you are authorised to store in your EUCA Women account. If a report relates to another person, you must have appropriate consent or authority before uploading it. You must keep your login secure and should sign out on shared devices.
EUCA Women may use OCR and AI-assisted extraction to identify values, dates, reference ranges, and report details from uploaded files. These tools can make mistakes, omit information, misread text, or fail to detect context. Extracted values are provided for review and organisation only. The original report remains the source of truth, and medical decisions should be made with a doctor, clinician, or other qualified health professional.
Dashboard content, insights, reminders, symptom trackers, and trend views are general support tools. They are not a diagnosis and should not be used as the only basis for starting, stopping, or changing medication, treatment, supplements, tests, referrals, or care plans.
If symptoms are severe, sudden, worsening, or unsafe, seek urgent medical care or call emergency services. Do not wait for dashboard reminders, extracted report values, AI insights, emails, or online support if urgent care may be needed.
Use of EUCA Women involves collection, storage, use, and processing of personal and health information, including account details, dashboard state, uploads, extracted values, technical information, and audit records. These activities are described in our Privacy Collection Statement. By using EUCA Women, entering health information, or uploading reports, you consent to that handling of information for EUCA MD services and platform operation.
We aim to keep EUCA Women available and reliable, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, security controls, third-party service outages, or changes to the platform. Features may be updated, removed, or limited where needed for safety, reliability, compliance, or service improvement.
EUCA MD services are designed for patients in Australia. All consultations are conducted by Australian-registered doctors.
EUCA MD consultations are available for patient in Australia by telephone or video consultation. You may book a consultation for a family member, provided you have their consent and relevant medical history.
You do not need a Medicare card to use our services, but you must provide either a valid Medicare number or, for those without Medicare, an Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI) from the IHI - Services Australia website for online prescriptions. EUCA MD does not prescribe opioids or other controlled substances.
Test results are typically available within 3-7 business days and will be reviewed during a follow-up consultation. Follow-up consultations can be booked online for ongoing care or to discuss test results.
We must take a more cautious approach to certain symptoms, such as chest pain, and have a lower threshold for recommending urgent medical care if we suspect that your health may be at risk. Additionally, we cannot access Medicare or provide certain services such as WorkCover/TAC/Centrelink certificates, chronic disease care plans, or mental health care plans.
